We all have seen a drama, and it is very amusing especially when drama we are seeing is one that is very pleasing to our eyes and when we can understand its main idea. What we see are only the people acting it out, but the hardest part of making this successful are those who are behind each scenes. This would include the Stage Director Playwright Los Angeles.
The plays we see is very impossible to happen and be successful without the person who are working at the back of those curtains. We only give our applause to the people we see acting, because we always use our sight and not our common sense, not thinking that the people who works behind is responsible for it.
As some who is assigned and the one who made the job, there are two things which are needed for him to do. The first one is to know what the future would hold for their job. The other one is for them to get the initiative to lead and be a good leader.
The very first thing which he needs to do is to look at what could be the future of the play. Like what he envisioned it to be in the future, or what could the people watching would say about it. His other responsibility is through making sure they can get the success that they need to get for the drama to be remarkable.
You have to be knowledgeable enough so that you can make everything perfectly, well, this include being able to know what the future is for that certain play. Without you knowing it will always be very impossible for them to work on what they need to know, and you as the one who has the right knowledge must let them know.
Another thing he needs to do is to interpret the script so that everyone, including the actors, would know what could be the possible thing they can do for the play. Sometimes it would really be hard for them when they would not know what could be the things they must do, and being knowledgeable is very important especially in the crucial part of it.
Meeting up the designers is another thing. These designers are the one responsible for the outfit, the props, and even the design of the stage. Without them people would not see the setting of the story, or even hard for them to get what the story is about.
Being a very good and responsible director will not stop on just being the one supervising and doing the talks and ranting, he should be the best listener to any complains and suggestion. Well, for me suggestions may be the things that could create awareness to what could make the possibility of the success.
For me, one of the hardest things that a person could do is being a leader. Because when you play this role, especially in an organization you have to do whatever it takes to get the success that is your goal. And if ever it gets failed, then you are the one who will be blamed. When it comes to being a play director you must do everything whatever it takes you so that success would be achieved.
