Squads are made of people with a variety of characteristics, experience and expertise on specific issues. These individuals are brought together to discuss how they can achieve a range of topics. The teams are generally made of individuals who have interests towards achieving a particular set of goals. There are a diversity of steps that people go through when working in groups. Groups have been known to provide self empowerment through team building as discussed below.

The process of forming a team begins with members being assembled in a particular space. They start by writing down their objectives, setting goals and rules and regulations that they will use throughout the process. The rules can be simple such as the development of observing punctuality. The second stage involves the procedure of choosing leaders who will hold specific positions. The leaders are selected on a merit basis.

Members get a chance to know one another. Individuals are placed in groups according to their characteristics and objectives. In the clubs, they are given an opportunity to get more information about each member. The assemblies are then allowed to start working on their targets. When they achieve these goals, participants can dissolve the group on completing a project.

When working in a group a person is helped to be responsible. Most of these crews divide their tasks among members whereby each is expected to handle a particular chore. Those individuals who find it difficult to work and deliver on time are helped to acquire these qualities since they will be forced to give on time. Sets help people to learn from group leaders and affiliates. The process allows people to come up with ideas without making judgments.

During the brainstorming meetings, members can attain specific skills like communication, active listening and good negotiation abilities. Moreover, followers are guided towards a variety of ways they can use in solving a problem and in the process they are equipped with problem-solving skills. By working towards meeting, deadlines associates are enabled to learn how to deliver when working under pressure.

Teams can hire several specialists to help in training them on how to go about certain issues. This will expand their knowledge concerning specific processes. Additionally, they get certification they can use when applying for jobs or when looking for a promotion. By working with these associates a person gaining various skills. For example, a company can employ an expert to assist sets in decision-making development.

A team can hire experts who will guide its associates on a diversity of topics depending on their roles. These experts will help in transferring knowledge which they can put into practice while handling a range of issues. Members who have expertise in the field are also given an opportunity to put their qualifications in practice. For example, those who have gone through specific challenges in the past may offer guidance on how they were able to deal with the issues.

Bad characteristics such as procrastination, poor decision making and conflict management skills are dealt with through the process of offering guidance. People are assisted in predicting challenges they may face and in preparing for these situations. Groups have been known to help squads achieve their goal and at the same time help them to grow in all life dimensions.
